“It’s not often that I go inside a hotel just to eat at their restaurant...” The Hyatt’s new “Harvest Kitchen and Bar” has quickly changed my mind. This recently opened restaurant, which replaced “Southwinds,” is superior in every aspect. The modern elegant décor is balanced by accenting jars of canned Kansas products such as pickled beets, cloves of garlic and chowchow relish. |
